| As technical advancements continue to render hemodialysis equipment increasingly complex and akin to a "black box," acquiring expert knowledge at the interface between patients and dialysis technology is becoming progressively challenging. Our Hemodialysis Masterclass aims to counteract this trend by combining a global outlook with immediate, hands-on practical exercises inspired by the DGfN's introductory dialysis courses. \\ \\ In addition to cutting-edge, lecture-based sessions, the program features mentored self-learning opportunities. Each participant is encouraged to present pre-acquired knowledge or questions on self-selected focus topics. Therefore, attendees are requested to submit a focus case presentation (abstract of 50–100 words) as part of the registration process. The knowledge acquired will be solidified through practical exercises following these presentations. \\ \\ In the evenings, participants can look forward to a cultural program designed to foster collegial networking and exchange. \\ \\ The Masterclass comprises several modules, which are ideally completed in their entirety.
